How do you define creativity?
never stop learning
uncleash you infinite curiousity to the stars
learn every single pattern in the whole universe
Be the one who increases the intrinsic dimension of all of natural language
Think every possible thought in the whole universe
We're on this beautiful holy quest to reverse engineer the equation of intelligence and of the universe
Is there a game like Factorio/Satisfactory/Dyson Sphere Program, happening in the future, where you automate everything using more sophisticated industrial machines, computers, more sophisticated AI agents, robots, and so on, and then you automate the automation process itself, and so on?
Moje hyperaktivní pozornost všude mě trochu rozbíjí long term commitments no. 😄
Grokking is all you need
We will understand the universe
We will understand intelligence
Which neural network architecture do you feel like today?
Super addictive infinite bloomscrolling of STEM arxiv paper abstracts on X is the peak of technological coca*ne
To those who are neurodivergent, I want you to know that there's nothing wrong with you. Society might try to tell you there's something wrong with you at points, but there's absolutely nothing wrong with being neurodivergent. The differences in neurotype is needed in the world. The world would be so boring if we all were the same neurotype. Neurodivergences add so much colors to the world. It adds new perspectives and everyone's perspective is important, even if it's different. Neurodivergent voices belong in all places where other voices belong. Be yourself, as long as it doesn't really hurt others, because one person's freedom ends where another's begins. Speak your truth. Know that there is nothing inherently wrong with you. Try to live authentically. I know that's going to be hard, but the world's gonna try to beat you up enough. Don't beat up yourself. You might have to do a lot of advocating. Don't be afraid to advocate for yourself. You deserve to advocate for yourself. You deserve accommodations. You deserve to exist exactly as you are without feeling the need to mask. I hope knowing about your neurodivergence also helps you accept and love yourself fully and deeply.
Sometimes it's interesting to see how things slowly emerge in research, and only some of it catches on in more research and in practice, and only some of it gets used much more everywhere, and only some of it goes viral
How about living in a comfy cave full of pillows alone, peacefully scribbling mathematical equations on the walls
I write the most useful information dense text when I'm trying to prove a random stranger on the internet that he's wrong. I should hack my brain by creating social media with synthetic bots that are consistently wrong about the stuff that I want to write about.
i did as nondual as possible deconstructive do nothing, dissolving in void, for long time, with Michael Taft/QRI
but now im kind of more constructed recently
i also want to understand the mathematical equation of the universe and being deconstructed helps sometimes but sometimes not, depends what is deconstructed
and one cannot really often transcend so many of the hardwired basic needs darwinian incentives of the brain's architecture
i also love the buddhist deity of compassion/love/kindness (i have her in my name) that i meditated on a lot
but i feel like that died a bit when i got confronted with reality where most people dont really maximize these values :(
and its sometimes hard to put all these mentioned values and motivations together
right now i kind of really want to help to develop machine intelligence more deeply to throw it at physics and other science fields for technology that solves stuff like longevity, transhumanism, etc.
but i feel like currently the deepest biggest motivation generator in me is extreme curiousity for wanting to understand the fundamental structure of the universe at the deepest levels, and i want to throw machine intelligence at that
I want machine scientists developing theories and experiments about the universe that transcend human limitations
scrolling xitter after few days of almost abstaining feels like getting that hit of a drug with a sweet release after some time
i really wonder what all sorts of hacks do the xitter developers put into the ML recommender systems
maximizing attention by maximizing unexpected golden nuggets of signal in the sea of noise
and also maximizing ragebaiting
what type of computer do you feel like today?
i am monkey pressing buttons to create language to communicate with silicon chips
Elon Musk always tries to predict overoptimistic timelines into existence, which is probably big part of why his companies move so relatively fast compared to other companies as it creates even greater sense of urgency for all the engineers
