I love expanding caring cone to all living real humans, other sentient beings, aliens, living right now, in the past, future, in all possible multiverse, and all possible fictional characters, and all possible forms in full generality, implementable or just abstract
May everyone everywhere be at peace, happy, free from suffering, healthy, dearly loved, at ease, safe, connected, cared for, feel joy, contentment, wellbeing, fulfillment, thanks to kindness, gratitude, and so on.

Meditating on everyone having the best lifes is great, but I get pretty mentally blocked there when I see the power in our world concentrated more and more in the hands of fewer and fewer people, which often causes the opposite, though not always. A lot of power (economic, technological, political, social, governmental...) in the world must be decentralized so that everyone benefits from abundance as much as possible.
My meditations have become 7 types:
1) recharging motivation by rest or reminder of sources of meaning
2) defragmentation of brain's content into better structures
3) creating novel structures
4) saving memories
5) love, kindness, compassion
6) becoming the raw sensory data without concepts (can also be in nature)
7) just rest or/and void (in hot bath ideally)
I think about this hypothesis often: symmetry theory of valence might hold because of biological incentive to favour model simplicity. Simpler models have more symmetries.

And as a result of this incentive we get a lot of great models in physics based on symmetries, but also a lot of underfitted models of physics by the general public like all the sacred geometry stuff that also feels euphoric so its still at least great art and a theraphy tool.
I'm at this moment meditating on love for all mental representations as that in my phenomenology seems to generate symmetries by minimizing self/other and ingroup/outgroup categorizations
Love for others, love for fantasy characters, love for animals, love for objects, love for nature, love for concepts, love for science, love for technology, love for math, love for philosophy, love for existence, love for anything, just unconditional love itself on its own
